Unfortunately for Obama, he also made the tactical misstep of explaining why if the individual mandate is found unconstitutional, the entire law should be struck down:
I think the justices should understand, in the absence of an individual mandate, you cannot have a mechanism to ensure that people with pre-existing conditions can actually have health care. In other words, the individual mandate lies at the heart of Obamacare; without that beating heart, the rest of the law becomes unworkable.

Conservative Candidates South Dakota

South Dakota will elect their conservative candidates in the June 5, 2012 South Dakota Primary.
By the 17th century, the Sioux, who would later come to dominate much of the state, had settled in what is today central and northern Minnesota.[12] The South Dakota spoke a language of the Siouan language family,[11] and were divided into four general branches – the Santee, the Yankton, the Yanktonnais, and the Lakota (also known as the Teton). During this time, the lifestyle of the Sioux resembled that of the other peoples of the eastern woodlands more so than those of the plains. Much of their travel was done by boat, while they still were dependent on hunting, their diet was supplemented by gathering wild rice and berries, and lodges built of earth and wood were the most common type of habitation, as opposed to the tipis of the plains.[13] However, by the late 17th century and early 18th century the Sioux would begin to move south and then west into the plains.[12] This migration was due to several factors, including greater food availability to the west, as well as the fact that the rival Cree had obtained rifles from the French at a time when the Sioux were still using the bow and arrow.

In the end, Obama was left to argue that there is a “human element” to the law that would require the justices to rule in its favor. He’s calling on them to use his famed empathy standard in dealing with the constitutionality of laws. Unfortunately, it seems that at least five justices understand there’s no jurisdiction over empathy for the third branch.
It is time for all Americans to stand. Vote. Vote conservative in West Virginia.

Washington State Election of Conservatives 2012

The state of Washington will elect conservatives on August 2012. I think the justices should understand, in the absence of an individual mandate, you cannot have a mechanism to ensure that people with pre-existing conditions can actually have health care. In other words, the individual mandate lies at the election heart of Obama care; without that beating heart, the rest of the law becomes unworkable.

Ultimately, I am confident that the Supreme Court will not take what would be an unprecedented, extraordinary step of overturning a law that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically elected Congress …
This is not the first time Obama has threatened the Supreme Court. Back in January 2010, in his State of the Union Address, he dramatically misrepresented the Supreme Court’s stance on campaign finance, and explained, “Last week, the Supreme Court reversed a century of law to open the floodgates for special interests – including foreign corporations – to spend without limit in our elections.” Justice Alito shook his head and mouthed, “Not true.” That’s because it wasn’t true – but Obama’s interpretation of Constitutional law is lacking at best, deeply dishonest at worst knowing they cannot respond. But he’s bound to fail for a simple reason: the American public understands that the law is unconstitutional. Obama is no FDR, and nobody is interested in packing the courts to raise their taxes and devastate the economic future of the country.
Unfortunately for Obama, he also made the tactical misstep of explaining why if the individual mandate is found unconstitutional, the entire law should be struck down:

Conservative Voter Guide Connecticut

Connecticut will elect their conservative candidates in the Connecticut Primary August 14, 2012.
A famous quote from Samuel Adams is relevant to the conservative elections of 2012: "IF YE LOVE WEALTH BETTER THAN LIBERTY, THE TRANQUILITY OF SERVITUDE THAN THE ANIMATING CONTEST OF FREEDOM, GO FROM US IN PEACE.WE SEEK NOT YOUR COUNSEL OR YOUR ARMS. CROUCH DOWN AND LICK THE HAND THAT FEEDS YOU; MAY YOUR CHAINS SET LIGHTLY UPON YOU, AND MAY POSTERITY FORGET THAT YE WERE OUR COUNTRYMEN!" --SAMUEL ADAMS
Surrendering to the state such authority taken by the federal government such as the "contraception mandate" which is quite common in totalitarian regimes, also violates what most American historians might regard as the American consensus on the proper relationship of church and state. Today is the day for conservatives in the great state of Connecticut to put "feet" to their wishes and to their values and vote in massive numbers; taking away this regime. Conservatives this election is ours to lose. Let's demand the canddate to represent and take the government back for us.

It is up to all conservatives to come to the aid of their country this election season. We can no longer afford the "luxury" of sitting back and doing nothing. The constitution has been prostituted for the purposes of the progressives. Elect conservatives and only conservatives. Never elect a democrat.
Today, April 3, 2012, President Obama effectively declared war on the Supreme Court. Speaking from the Rose Garden, he suggested that the “unelected” Supreme Court must avoid the “extraordinary … unprecedented” measure of striking down his unconstitutional Obamacare regime: Ultimately, I am confident that the Supreme Court will not take what would be an unprecedented, extraordinary step of overturning a law that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically elected Congress …

Obama is now tackling a strategy stated by Rep. Jim Clyburn this morning – he’s going after the Supreme Court knowing they cannot respond. But he’s bound to fail for a simple reason: the American public understands that the law is unconstitutional. Obama is no FDR, and nobody is interested in packing the courts to raise their taxes and devastate the economic future of the country.
